The harvest is plentiful but the labourers are few.
Today was our first day at St Paul’s Anglican Church in Shellharbour. The people here are lovely, and the views of the ocean/lake are amazing 🙂
Praise God that we arrived safely, and for the opportunities we had to give talks, share our testimonies and have fun at kids church. The day is not over yet! Youth group is on in the arvo, and we will be part of another church service on at 6pm.
Something to think about: I was talking with a man at church today, and he said that over the years, the population of Shellharbour has grown 10, 15 times, but the churches have dwindled in number. St Paul’s, in particular, is struggling with numbers in their kids and youth ministries. I wonder if there is a harvest here in Shellharbour, just waiting for the workers to come. Please pray that many people will hear God’s good news this week, and that we would have the joy and privilege of bringing it to them.
