Moore College Mission has started at St Matthews West Pennant Hills. Sundays are a busy for day St Matts, with 7 services running on the day with an additional service on Wednesdays.
So what does a day look like with 7 services running? The Moore College team was able to participate in a variety of services, ranging from your traditional morning service all the way to a Asian service run in nearby school. It was a great display of partnership as the team helped out, all the way from preaching up, to helping out with the children’s spot.
It’s going to be a busy week ahead, so please keep praying for our energy levels and focus as we present the crucified Christ as Lord. However it’s also an exciting time as we look forward to discovering more about the ministry of St Matts and partner in the proclamation of the eternal realities that Jesus brings.
Pray for…
Brian Snell, David McIntyre, Peter Crowther and Tim Purser, who will be preaching throughout the services today. That their sermons will be faithful and brings alive the Word of God.
For the people of St Matts, that they will be keen to invite friends and family to evangelistic events across the week.
Give thanks for…
The wonderful hospitality of our billets (the above picture shows that awkward and exciting moment when we all meet for the first time)
