So it’s been a little wet in Eastwood today, which made door knocking a little more intimidating than usual.
We decided to put it off for today and spend some time hearing of the joys and sorrows of Chris Burgess’ 40 years of ministry.
He had some encouraging and challenging wisdom, especially when it came to considering how to serve with other leaders. It was a valuable time, but we hope the rain lets up.
Dan has set us all a challenge to prayerfully consider how we might still reach the lost in Eastwood even if the deluge continues.
At the moment, I’m thinking a kayak might be useful…
